I’ve noticed that some links in this community open as new tab (for example “feature boxes” like here ) and some links (like the Youtube link in here ) opens in the same tab, that confused me already.
External links (to other pages than this community) should open in new tabs imo.
Links within the community maybe in the same tab, but usually I prefer new tabs always (which I can also trigger by middle mouse button of course) to not lose “the source” of the newly opened page.
Edit: Just found the “Open all external links in a new tab” setting in Preferences → Interface, so I’m happy now
