Data loss: Connections wiped out (am I missing something?)

Hi! Today I opened Studio 3T and all my 20+ connections are gone. Any way to get them back?

Context:

  • I’m on MacOS 11.6.5
  • Version of Studio 3T: 2022.6.1
  • Last time I opened 3T, I expressly chose not to upgrade to use the keychain when prompted.
